By accessing or using KOJ Studios ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Platform to submit false information, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by KOJ Studios. Deposits paid are non-refundable unless KOJ Studios cancels the engagement. Full payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

Intellectual Property

All content created by KOJ Studios (photographs, videos, courses, written content) remains the intellectual property of KOJ Studios unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (project applications, portfolio submissions, community posts), you grant KOJ Studios a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Portfolio and Creative Work

Portfolio images on this Platform are displayed for viewing purposes only. Downloading, reproducing or distributing portfolio images without written permission from KOJ Studios is strictly prohibited.

AI Studio Tools

AI-generated content produced using the Platform's AI Studio tools is provided for personal and commercial use by the account holder. AI credits are non-refundable once used. KOJ Studios does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI tools.

Limitation of Liability

KOJ Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
